Juniper Green Energy signs MOU with Power Finance for renewable energy 

The Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) involves a funding of US$611 million for Juniper Green Energy’s upcoming 1200 MW Renewable Energy projects. This partnership sets Juniper Green Energy on a promising path, aiming to exceed a capacity of 4000 MW by 2027. Their portfolio encompasses a diverse array of solar, wind, and hybrid projects, aligning perfectly with their ambitious goal of contributing significantly to India’s ‘Net Zero’ target.

Currently, Juniper Green Energy boasts an existing portfolio of around 800 MW, with an additional 435 MW under construction. Furthermore, they have an extensive development pipeline that comprises over 3000 MW of solar, wind, and hybrid projects at various stages of progress.

Parag Agrawal, the CFO of Juniper Green Energy highlighted that this collaboration would enable them to pursue exciting opportunities and reinforce their commitment to creating a sustainable future for generations to come. By addressing the escalating demand for sustainable energy solutions in India, Juniper Green Energy is poised to make a significant impact on the country’s clean energy landscape.
